We really are your hometown car wash. Our wash began in 1981 as Villa de Paz Car Wash when Bob Schulke and Bruce Brooks started with four self-serve bays “way out in the country”. We, Larry and Margaret Baker, acquired the wash in 1997, modernized it, and added another self-serve bay and the conveyor tunnel to offer exterior automated washes.
We have continually upgraded our equipment over the years which now includes:
- Credit/debit card acceptors and currency acceptors in the self-serve bays.
- “Bill Breaker” machine to allow customers to break $20, $10 and $5 bills into smaller denomination bills. The machine is accessible 24 hours every day.
- “Blasto-Dry” hand-held air dryers in all self-serve bays. Carpet shampoo machines for upholstery and carpet cleaning. Twenty-four vending machines to provide a variety of car care products.
- A 51-selection electronic vending machine that dispenses most of the vending items we offer, including over 20 scents of Little Tree Air Fresheners for only $1 each.
We are fortunate to have customers who have been using our wash for over 30 years! Support is provided to our community through sponsorship of high school events and local charities.
We Bakers are both Arizona natives and life-long residents of the West Valley.
Our staff of six is very experienced and they provide excellent, friendly service. The average longevity of our employees is over five years. We believe you will find them courteous and helpful at all times.
